All our products come with a certificate of authenticity (COA) either from a direct participant in the event (cosmonaut), a rightful owner of the relic that can vouch for its origins or from us at everquest after having verified the authenticity. In some cases, it would be impossible to obtain a signature from a direct participant or from the original owner of the relics when the event took place. In this case we ascertain the authenticity ourselves and will issue a certificate from everquest design.

From time to time we may design other products than bags depending on the availability and nature of certain relics. We are regularly approached by customers having interesting relics to integrate into everyday products. We work on a case by case basis. We may also have constraints on very limited collections with certain relics. In any case, we will make sure that our customers are informed of any new series or collections marketed by EverQuest design.

Everquest Design bags are available through our everquest design website as well as on our other web properties such as soyuzbags.COM and courageousbags.com.

Credit cards are accepted via Paypal payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Also accepted: money order via Bidpay's payment (Western Union). We accept Paypal from International Buyers. We DO NOT accept personal or company checks. Item will only be processed upon receipt of the actual payment. Please email us if you encounter any problem when completing your payment transaction.

We ship anywhere around the world under a few (very limited conditions). We ONLY ship the item to the Verified/Confirmed address on your Paypal or Bidpay (Western Union) account. We will ONLY ship to your confirmed Paypal address. Merchandise will not be shipped out to unconfirmed addresses. Shipping cost is $25.00 for Priority Mail (usually 5 to 10 days delivery) with Delivery Confirmation within the continental USA and Canada. Postal insurance is optional and highly recommended given the unique nature of the item. Seller is not responsible for lost shipment but will provide tracking information. Item will be shipped the same day or the next business day once payment is confirmed and received. Buyer is responsible for duties when applicable. We will fill out the customs documents providing accurate information on item and value. Once you have placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Should you have any problem, please contact us within 48 hrs after receipt of the merchandise, we will not be responsible for any claims made 48 hrs. of receipt. Seller is not responsible for damages caused by buyer's use of the merchandise after 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. The item you bought is made with a piece of relic from an historical event. The front relic piece may be discoloured, distressed or scratched. Authentic material is used and the "damage" to the piece is normal and EXPECTED. Please report any defects to the bag OTHER THAN to the relic piece within 48 hrs after receipt of merchandise. If replacement is not available then a refund shall be issued.
